How do I pay?
With M-Pesa, USSD (*150*01#), cash at our office, or through a PAY-GO agent in your area. Most customers pay with M-Pesa — it works like buying airtime: you send a small amount, and your system stays on. You receive an SMS receipt for every payment.
What happens if I miss a payment?
Life happens — we understand. If you miss payments for a few days, your system will pause (the lights go off) until you pay again. The moment you pay, it switches back on automatically. There are no hidden fees or penalties — the days you have paid for are always yours. If you are struggling, call us early and we will find a plan that works for you.
Do I own the system at the end?
Yes — one hundred percent. When you complete your payment plan, the system is permanently unlocked and belongs to you. No more payments, no more tokens — free power from the sun for the life of the equipment.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every system comes with a warranty covering the panel, battery and lights. If anything stops working because of a fault — not damage — we repair or replace it free of charge during the warranty period. Your agent will explain the exact warranty for your package.
Who installs the system, and how long does it take?
Our own trained technicians install everything — panel on the roof, battery and lights inside, and we show you how to use it. Most home installations are finished in a single visit, and your lights work the same day.
What if I move house?
Call us and we will arrange to move your system to your new home. A small relocation visit may apply — your agent will confirm the cost before any work is done.
